A few days ago I had the opportunity to shoot Samantha Louise Hicks which was perfect timing as I wanted to try out some new kit (Elinchrom Quadra to be specific). Below are some shots from the shoot which took place on location around Waterloo and The Southbank.

These are great! I especially like the one you’ve lit from behind her (5th down), it looks like sun flare. Just goes to show a good lighting kit can make a huge difference in effect.
This is just making me jealous and now I feel like I need a Quadra too!
Lovely set of images. Are they all lit by flash? The first few are pretty subtle and I wasn’t sure.
Hi Steve, thanks for your comments. The first few used natural light. It’s only from the third set of photos onwards where I used the Elinchroms.
